Build your own tools

Paying too much for software that only half fits? I build the tool your business needs, AI first: Claude is connected from day one, so your team can simply chat with it. You stop renting it every month, and you own it.

What your subscriptions cost you

Add the tools you pay for. Price per user per month, in any currency.

Every month

Every year

In three years

That is rent. A tool built for you is paid once and stays yours; what remains is hosting and API usage.

What usually gets replaced

CRM and sales pipeline

Only the fields, stages and automations your team actually uses. No per seat pricing.

Client portal

Files, status, invoices and requests in one place, with your brand and your rules.

WhatsApp shared inbox

Your team answering from one inbox, with routing and AI replies, built on Evolution API and Chatwoot.

Internal dashboards

The numbers you check every morning, live from your own data, instead of another BI license.

Bookings and scheduling

Your availability, your booking rules, your reminders. Connected to your calendar and CRM.

Forms and approvals

Requests that reach the right person in Slack and leave a trail, without a form builder subscription.

Invoicing and payments

Quotes, invoices and payment links with Stripe, reconciled automatically.

AI on your own data

Claude connected to your tools through MCP, so your team asks questions instead of digging through apps.

How it works

  1. 1

    Audit your stack

We list what you pay for, who uses it and which features matter. Many subscriptions are used at 20%.

  2. 2

    Design only what you use

One tool shaped around your process, not around a vendor’s roadmap. Small first, then grow it.

  3. 3

    Build it AI first

A modern stack (Next.js, Supabase or Postgres) with Claude connected from day one through MCP, then I move your data over.

  4. 4

    You own it

Your code in your GitHub, your database, your hosting. Documented, with optional maintenance.

Questions

Not every subscription should be replaced. If a tool is cheap and does its job, keep it. The goal is to stop paying for what doesn’t fit.

Is it safe to connect Claude to my data?

Each MCP integration only exposes the actions you approve, with its own permissions, and anything sensitive can stay read only or require confirmation. Credentials live on your server, not in the chat.

Is it really cheaper?

It depends on how many seats and tools you pay for and for how long. That is exactly what the first call is for: if replacing a subscription doesn’t pay off, I’ll tell you, and we keep it.

What does it cost to run?

Usually hosting, a database and API usage. For most internal tools that is a small fixed monthly amount that doesn’t grow with every new teammate.

Who maintains it?

You own the code and the docs, so any developer can work on it. If you prefer, I take care of updates and improvements on a monthly plan.

What happens to my current data?

We export it from the current tools and import it into yours, then run both side by side until your team is comfortable switching.

Can it still connect to the tools I keep?

Yes. Custom doesn’t mean isolated: it talks to Slack, WhatsApp, Stripe, Google Workspace, your accounting and anything with an API.
